Does what it needs to. Very sturdy.
Not much to say. Its a metal threaded rod and it does its job well. Sturdy material and plenty of thread so I feel my ceiling mounted projector is well secured.

It's a pipe
Heavy duty and works well to support the projector. The cable port at the bottom is nicely implemented. The width of the pipe allowed me to tuck some of the extra cable inside.

It doesn’t have the cable management pass through.
I ordered this for my projector to replace my current one. This is shown with a hole and plate cover In The description and In the photo. This one has no pass through.

Solid product
I mounted my Epson 5040UB projector from the ceiling. I used the mount and the 1 ft rod. It was easy with almost no assembly required.
