I'm new to sausage stuffing, I tried to use the Kitchenaid attachment to the meat grinder. The grinder works great, but it not for stuffing. I found this one for 30-40 bucks, less than half of the 100.00 for the other style, Since I'm neww I didn't want to make a big investment yet. It works very well, the suction cup holds extremely well on formica laminate counter top, now I just have to get the twisting of the links down.

It was good but I wish they made longer tubes. And the tube screws got stuck a lot.

Struttura robusta e affidabile, non ho riscontrato problemi ne nella chiusura nel momento dell'utilizzo. Certo viti e ghiera sono in alluminio, richiedono un certa delicatezza nell'utilizzo. E' facile "spanarle" se non si avvitano con il dovuto criterio. Facile la pulizia, si smonta tutta. certo modelli più costosi possono avere un qualcosa in più, ma per prenderci la mano e fare i primi esperimenti da insaccatore va più che bene (a meno che non facciate km di salsiccie tutti i giorni). P.s. ottima per creare anche preparazioni vegane.

Outil pratique et conforme a la description ,je fais du saucisson avec, un seul bemol ,la ventouse qui a du mal a tenir quelque fois(penser a le faire sur une surface mouillée) sinon tres bon produit. ;-) ps: remplir le tube avant de s'ateler a la mise en place du boyau ça parait con dit comme ça mais vous comprendrez ^^
