Mens Tomioka Giyuu Cosplay Costume Halloween Anime Haori Kimono Outfit Set

This costume is honestly amazing, but of course, without being perfectly tailored to your exact measurements, it will always have a few issues. The belt was especially a little too long, but with an easy fix by adding extra holes, it'll be perfect for your body measurement. The kimono is also a bit big and long, but you could easily stitch it to the length you would want it to be, the costume material is like regular clothes and isn't all that bad to wear. Overall, it is a good fit, but for me, I should have gone with my exact size instead of getting one size up.

I'm completely blown away at how good the quality is, especially for the price!! 10/10 worth. Buttons are solid and dont feel cheap. Kimono color is a bit more vibrant than in the anime, but i figure it'll help the outfit pop out in pictures. The kimono is a bit long, but this I got an XL and it definitely leaves room for taller people. One of the sleeves on the kimono is starting to separate, but overall everything else is nice and sturdily sewn together. I'm 5'7" 230 lbs, and the XL fits nice, just a little long on the blouse sleeves and pant legs (which is normal for me).

I am very happy with this cosplay. It was so comfortable and over all felt very nice to wear. Things to note: this outfit does run a bit big. I usually wear M/L but buy XL because Amazon sizing is usually a bit off and is either a hit or a miss, and buying it big and altering it is always better than getting it too small and trying to make it bigger. However this outfit was absolutely huge on me and I had to take it in and crop the haori quite a bit, but other than that I had no issues with it and was able to make it fit me. Second thing to note, the white leg pieces do fall as you walk. It’s an easy fix with some small safety pins though and they stay on perfectly. Over all, it’s a great cosplay and definitely worth the money! Just remember it runs a bit big when picking your size and you should be set

I bought this costume to wear for animenyc2021. The pros: it has a nice solid material that doesn't feel cheap and delicate. Looks good for photos and fits as it should. The Kanji on the back is nice and clear I ran it through the wash and dryer and everything came out OK. I'm a little nit picky so when it comes to the cons they are small details but noteworthy anyways: firstly, being that this is the costume of a hashira the buttons on a hashira uniform are gold but this costume has silver buttons. Secondly the straps on the calves were too small and didn't fit all the way around I needed to sew them into the costume so that they at least maintained their position on my leg as opposed to falling off and stacking on my ankles. If you have experience altering clothes there are a couple edits you could make to make this outfit truly shine. I purchased an XL the length of the kimono was definitely way too long. It should reach up to your knees but as you can see in my pictures it went down to my calves covering most of the outfit I'm going to try to alter the length to a more appropriate size. The belt was probably the worst part of the costume as it was extremely long my waist line is usually a 38 and I had to use the very last hole which in the belt and the excess didn't go through enough loops so I needed to cut the belt down to a good manageable size. I highly reccomend you IRON the outfit. Out of the bag it is folded and wrinkly ironing out all those imperfections will really improve the look. This is by no means a bad costume it just needs a bit of work and I highly reccomend it because it provides a good experience for those looking to get into cosplay and costume making as alteration and working with fabrics is a big part of it.

My son loved it for his Halloween outfit. Other kids were jealous.

I only received the colorful jacket. No black jumpsuit, no white belt, no white leg wraps. What do I need to do to recover my FULL order?

I absolutely loved this cosplay! It was a bit large on me because I ordered a Medium to compensate for any adjustments I needed to make. Waist was massive on me but I’m quite tall so I was more worried about the length. The fabric is very soft and comfortable! I was also worried about that as I have texture sensitivity. The Haori is very long, but I personally like it quite a bit as it always ends up very flowy!
