Cutlery Serrated Steak Knife (W205), 3.88" Stainless Steel Serrated Blade, Black Handle

I "discovered" Rada knives when looking for a new grapefruit knife last fall and was so happy with it I've since replaced all my old Henckels with Rada. This particular item I actually use as a paring knife. The point is VERY sharp so caution is advised. My only complaints about Rada are: HANDLES: the brushed aluminum is a little cheesy-looking and the one on the grapefruit knife has pitted (probably left it soaking in something I shouldn't have). SIZE: I find some of the knives a bit small compared to other manufacturers - one of the reasons I recently added the steak knife to a regular paring knife. But with some attention to the online dimensions, there should be no problem. Overall, these are excellent knives - sharp, surprisingly lightweight and easy to use, and attractive as well. Normally I'd hold back on a 5-star rating for caveats like those mentioned above, but the positives outweigh the negatives and at such reasonable prices, kudos.

I first bought these through a school fund raiser, and keep buying them. They are great knives -- I buy the black handles for the steak / utility knives because they are fine in the Dishwasher. I buy the aluminum handles for other kinds of knives (I have MANY), because I tend to hand wash specialty knives. They are great on steaks -- cut without tearing like serrated knives can. They are generally handy around the kitchen as well -- sort of a large paring knife. They do - after a LOT of use, need to be sharpened. I have a small $5 tool from the hardware store that works great to keep them all sharpened when needed.

This is listed as a steak knife but I use them mostly for cutting tomatoes. We have had one knife identical to these for YEARS. I was so happy to have found more on Amazon. I use these daily and hand wash them like I do with all my GOOD knives. The handle is aluminum and will darken using certain automatic dish washing chemicals. Ex. don’t use Bar Keeper’s Friend powder. (Not safe for aluminum handle.) These make my food prep a DELIGHT.

Be careful, these little knives are extremely sharp, and sturdy enough to be used on more than just steak.

Both my husband and I absolutely love the Rada Serrated Steak Knives! They are far superior in their cutting ability to any other steak knives we have ever purchased, and we have purchased numerous sets of steak knives over the years. I, in particular, love the feel of these steak knives due to their slightly smaller size from the usual larger size of regular steak knives. Also, the black handles make them perfect for washing in the dishwasher. I have purchased numerous different Rada knives over time and have always found Rada knives to be superior products to so many more expensive knives. They are lighter in weight, but they are superior cutting tools. Can’t tell you how happy I was to find these steak knives on Amazon for the easy access of ordering additional steak knives for our set. 👏😊 TH

These knives are sharp. I have both the serrated and non serrated steak knives. They are the best value of cheap, quality steak knives I have found. The only reason it did not receive 5 stars is I wish the handles were a little bit bigger. Even with my small hands, my pinky finger is right on the edge. The handle could also be a little thicker for more comfort. Overall, I love them and they are dishwasher safe. A word of advise: It's cheaper to buy 3 packs of 2 rather than the six pack.

The silverware travel cases come with a knife, spoon and fork. I need a steak knife because the knives in these type of sets are very dull. These steak knifes are perfect for me. I was looking for a shorter steak knife to take to work daily, not for steak but to cut up my salad vegetables. I like that the black handle Rada knife is dishwasher safe also.

I had to get these for my husband, because these knives (thos particular brand) are the only knives that my husband will use! We have some that we've had for probably 10 yrs+ and are still good They don't look shiny anymore though?, because hubby forgot that they aren't to go in the dishwasher, hand wash only! They cut beautifully!!

So happy to have my Rada knives again! I tried others and just don't like any of them because they're all so big and some have flimsy blades. I'm so glad I found these on Amazon! Love them! I love the smaller size and the solid black handles. Very sharp. Excellent quality!

I love my RADA Serrated Steak Knives! They are light weight and easy to hold onto to while in the hand. They are very sharp and can cut through steak with ease. They also look beautiful! Give them a try, you will love them!!
