Excellent product, very good value for money. Literally took 10 mins to install as I used existing fitting to attach tap to. Flow rate is perfect . Looks good .

I am really happy with this thermostatic mixer tap. I had seen thermostatic mixer taps like this in a couple of posh hotels I’ve stayed in on holidays and they always seemed a bit off a luxury. But when it current, regular mixer tap needed replacing I began to see if this sort of tap were available. I looked on several local shops but actually couldn’t find a shop who stocked one. Then I thought about looking Amazon and found this one at a very reasonable price. I’m not that much of a handyman so we got it fitted by a plumber so, although I can’t personally testify to how easy it was to fit, he didn’t seem to have an problems with it. And it looks really sleek and swanky now in our bathroom! The left dial controls the flow of water, the right one is the thermostat. I liked this one because it actually had the graduated water temperature marked on it, rather than just blue to red. It also has a lock at 38°. You can have it run hotter than 38 but you have to consciously press in the button to release the lock before you can run it up higher, which is a brilliant safety precaution, especially if you are running a bath for children or vulnerable people. You can’t accidentally run a bath that will be at a scalding temperature - which I’ve known people to do. Although my own son is not 18, if I’d known about this sort of tap when he was little, I’d have got one then, just for the safety aspect. If you have little ones, I’d really recommend this to avoid any chance of scalding accidents in the bath. It has an outlet for the shower hose which is incredibly convenient, which you’ll understand if you have ever had to mess around with the cold tap and then the hot tap, fiddling back and forth trying to get it to just the right temperature! Here you just set the dial at 36, or whatever you prefer, turn the water in and within a few seconds you have the spray coming at the consistent temperature that you want. It’s very well made, very sturdy, a solid chunk metal. It looks really smart and posh and is a really reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

Overall I would say this tap is good. I got the bath edge mounted version. The thermostatic control seems to work well and keeps a consistent temperature, even when someone turned the kitchen tap on while I was in the shower and stole my water pressure ! A few small things they could improve on. 1. The 4 filter washers that come supplied with the tap are not quite the correct thickness to connect the tap to the legs. If you try to use just 2 of them, it is too loose. Try to use all 4 of them and it is too tight. See my attached photo. The washers on the left are the ones supplied. I had to purchase a couple more of a slightly thinner thickness (on the right) to make the connection between the legs and the tap seal correctly. 2. The pull up button to divert water from tap to shower came unscrewed. I had to put a small amount of screw thread sealer to hold it in place. 3. The casting on the mounting arms does look a little rough on the inside and I wonder if that might cause corrosion in the long run. They seem to have then coated that, so hopefully not. I've had it fitted for three months and so far it's working OK.

Very good tap works perfectly

It looks great, and feels good quality. There was no instruction manual in the package. Due to our old piping system we had to pay a plumber to come fix some dodgey pipes to get this working without a leak. Once that all worked, we were left with a tap that was 20% of the pressure that came out our old taps. The on/off dial only rotates 90 degrees, and I feel like it needs to rotate further but in the one I have there is no button to press to release it further. I see other reviews have commented with the same problem. All in all, I’m a few hundred pounds down and the tap is worse than our old rusty one! Laughable.

Tap is easy to install Ensure that you fit washers and dont over tighten as the washers do their job perfectly no need for ptfe or paste. Temp control and flow control work perfectly. If you have an unvented cylinder on your system you will get amazing flow rate and the best shower. For this price its well worth it. As a plumber at this price i was sceptical but absoloutley no regrets about buying this

Excellent quality and looks very stylish. Temperature control is really consistent on our system. If you are replacing old taps with this product I would advise getting your plumber to double check that the tap holes in your bath are the correct width apart. We had a problem with this and had to buy some large chrome collars to go between the mixer and the bath to cover the exposed edges. Overall this is a really good product and good value, the pressure at the shower head is far superior to our old electric shower.

Lovely tap however the numbers have already slightly come off on the temperature side.

Nettoyé régulièrement pour enlever le calcaire, la finition chromée de ce robinet thermostatique ne résiste même pas au vinaigre blanc. Après moins d’un an d’utilisation, le sélecteur de douche ne fonctionne déjà plus. La qualité est donc très décevante pour un produit censé être durable dans une salle de bain. Par ailleurs, impossible de faire jouer la garantie légale de conformité de 24 mois auprès d’Amazon. Pourtant, l’assistant IA d’Amazon (Rufus) m’a confirmé ceci : « Oui, ce mitigeur de douche thermostatique est couvert par une garantie limitée. Si vous l’avez acheté le 18 mars 2025, vous bénéficiez de la garantie légale de conformité pendant 24 mois à compter de la livraison. Cette garantie couvre les défauts de conformité et donne droit à la réparation ou au remplacement gratuit du produit. Vous bénéficiez également de la garantie des vices cachés pendant 2 ans à compter de la découverte du défaut. » Malgré cela, aucune solution ne m’a été proposée. Je ne recommande donc pas ce produit, ni la gestion du service après-vente dans ce cas précis.

Beau, fonctionne très bien. Cependant le diamètre de raccordement des colonnettes aux flexibles d'alimentation est trop large. Ce n'est pas la taille standard.
