The Pharmacy Technician

Im an upcoming pharmacy technician I don’t start school till January 1st of next year and this book is everything. teaching me everything I need to know. I’ll be well prepared for this class 🤍 get this book 📖 it’s worth it 💕

This book literally is worth every penny. Each section is neatly organized and even defines key terms in each section. The end of section quizzes include very good critical thinking questions and plenty of matching and top of the line exam prep. I own two other study guides for the PTCB and this had more info than those combined. The book is exceptional for any pharmacy tech because you learn and are able to comprehend more about your profession. Moreover, this information is unmatched because there are a lot of post section questions and goes into great detail on all sectios. The research questions are really interesting and expose you to many pharmacy sites for future reference. Plus, as a soon pharmacy school student, this gives me a huge backbone in key pharmacy practice and that is essential.

Best book for pharmacy technician book out there. Got delivery update express and got it 3 day after order. Brand new book in plastic wrap (small barely noticeable crease on back). So, basically it came in plastic wrap in bubble envelope in a USPS express box with free note pad. The note pad had a hand written note that said thanks for the order and good luck on your studying (super nice). This book is brand new and I got it for 1/2 the price. Totally happy with purchase. I will definitely buy from them again.

This was a required reading prior to entering pharmacy school since not everyone had worked in a pharmacy and to level the playing field. This was a very informative book and very helpful. It gives a general overview of the pharmacy technician's roles, but it also went into related fields in the profession. Materials included medical terminology, pharmacy laws, some math, areas of practice like hospital or community, and pharmacology. This was a useful study guide to start pharmacy school with. I imagine it also helps for the test to become a pharmacy technician, though you might need other study materials for the math part
