Sharp, Solid, and Perfect for Daily Cooking
This kitchen knife is excellent—super sharp, well-balanced, and very comfortable to hold. It slices through meat, vegetables, and anything else with ease. The weight feels just right, and the quality is impressive for the price. A great addition to any kitchen!

Great Knife
I've been using this for a while. Hold an edge well, and I'm hard on tools. Feels good in the hand. Works as a cleaver and butcher knife, so it saves time.

Good
It is very sharp and great. Just took a little bit long like over 1 week to get it. Surprised it is shipped from Uk instead of Germany.

A decent $55 knife
The Zwilling Twin Pollux (not Twin Signature) Chinese chef's knife is worthy of its $55 total cost. The blade and handle are made of good quality materials, and the cutting edge is well-sharpened. With sandpaper, I rounded off some sharp edges on the blade's heel (choil) and spine. Also, sharp edges of the blade's tang extend fractionally above the top of the plastic handle, but not quite high enough to cut my hand. By the way, on my knife's blade, all text is printed only on the right-hand side of the Twins logo. The country of manufacture is not indicated, so I would guess that it was made in China.

Nice knife. Crack in handle.
Unfortunately there’s a crack in the handle. I’ll have to return unfortunately.

Obviously a western company making a Chinese slicer style knife so its not traditional however it is really rather good. I bought this at the same time as a Ken Hot wooden handle version, I prefer the Ken Hot knife however for ease of use this cannot be beaten. I'm happy to put it in the dishwasher, the steel is not too hard to risk chipping and its razor sharp out of the box (and east to sharpen). Definitely a keeper!
