ممتازة وعملية وتدوم طويلاً علما بأنني اشتريت هذه السكينه ولدي واحدة اخرى لكنها قديمة ، من افضل الشركات المصنعة للسكاكين

I've had paring knifes from the cheap to the expensive. This just fits perfectly in my hand. Even if I'm holding the blade to cut the root out of carrots etc. Super sharp, and easy to sharpen. Gifted the all the other paring knives. Getting another one. Perfect design IMO. Some things are just worth it.

Westhoff macht gute Messer. Day kleine Ding ist jetzt schon über ein Jahr bei mir im Einsatz und ich bin immer noch glücklich. Nur schärfen musste ich es selber da es für mich nicht scharf genug ankam. Ich hab aber auch hohe Ansprüche 😊

Utilisé chaque jour, c'est vraiment l'ustensile le plus utilisé dans la cuisine. Après des mois, il coupe toujours autant. L'entretien est facile. Bref je ne peux que le perdre et si ça arrive je rachète le même, même marque les yeux fermés.
