One pillow is of darker shade than other, and moreover, one is more flattened while other on is more fluffy, possibly indicating two different pillows from two different stocks; indicating poor management while packing. One appears to be from the latest stock while other from old stock. There were few loose threads indicating poor finishing touch.

Poor quality
Almost been just 1-2 months since I'm using it. I got it for my office chair for comfort, and I have been using it daily since. The quality of the cloth used for cover is too thin. The pillow squeezed in size with use. It's half the size now, stitching is breaking apart. It's torn at places because of poor stitching. I feel as if I ended up wasting my money

Not microfiber - it's 100% polyester. If you're ok with that then buy it.
Wrong product description. The product specifications clearly says that the covering is micrifiber and the filling is polyester, but the actual product is fully polyester covering. It is firm and comfortable (thus the 2 star) but one would expect to receive a microfiber product and they would be disappointed by this item.
