It could be better organized, like my medical conditions are 49, blood deficiancies 7, meds 5. So miss aligned. But it works.also why aren't the body graph below office notes? Together.

I loved that I could keep track of all the meds and appointments, as well as taking daily notes. The quality is excellent, it is just the right size, and very easy to use. In my opinion you are getting something that is worth more than you paid for.

I was having trouble remembering to write down when I took my pills and what ones I took. This book has helped to remind me of not only that but alto to track eating and exercise. The pages have the boxes premade for each type of information, So that motivates me to keep up with all the logging. Both a pro and a con is that the printer decided what to put on the page. I don't want to track all those things. But If the page was blank I probably wouldn't be tracking everything I should be doing because i would forget. I don't think a person would have to keep buying this book over and over. A regular composition notebook would work just fine. Just Tear a page out and use it as a bookmark in the composition note book so you know what to write in. Easy.

Has spaces for everything my doctor asked me to keep track of. Really helps with ease of entry and ease of reference. You can write as much or as little as you like

Purchased for care giving our elderly father. Perfect for logging care notes and keeping track of health keeps his health care very organized. He is often visiting each of us and with his book we each have a idea how he is doing

This is an awesome detailed book. It was a bit much for daily pages. I would have liked a better medication tracker without having to rewrite each Rx daily. More space to write random comments. More of a free style journal. I appreciate Dr. Appointment pages will order that specific notebook. Again it is greats, but details are awesome if I was doing vitals daily.

Exactly what I was looking for to keep track of important medical details. Everything we need is included in this journal so it's all in one place. I do wish it had folder pockets to keep documents (such as visit summaries and test orders) but other than that this is great!
