It is useless, don't buy as the product is non-returnable
I wanted to return the item as soon as I bought it but it was non-returnable. I found a much better back support in the local market for half the price

excellent support for your back in the car i tried it with center strap in place will remove it so the curve is not so extreme so you have that option !
