Nice addition to collection
Item arrived broken due to packing and defective with a warped neck. However, customer service was excellent and replaced it promptly for free.

This might be a knockoff Axe Heaven.
This came loose is an Amazon shipping bag, wrapped in paper and a little piece of cardboard. One neck was broken and had damage on the body. There was no stand or gift box either. The seller is either keeping these pieces, or this is not an official Axe Heaven product. I have several Axe Heaven guitars, and they have always come with a guitar stand, and a guitar case gift box.

Junk; what was that about "Quality and Craftsmanship"?
My son bought one of these from the Gibson Guitar Garage in Nashville, and I just caught a glimpse of it on his desk; wow, what a mess. The pins holding in the strings are all different lengths and at different angles. Some of the strings (which are loops of fishing line) are twisted once or twice so that the strings can't pass through the nut to the saddle in a straight line, as they would on a real guitar. The pick-guard (which is not cut properly, as the gaps around the pickups are uneven) is nailed to the body, but one of the nails (as depicted, up by the neck) was pounded-in sideways, making a gash in the pick-guard. The bridges are not attached to the guitar at all, and just slide around. The knobs are all crooked, and one has a glob of resin or glue on it. One of the "inlays" at the 1st fret is rubbing off. The finish on the peghead is pitted and looks awful. Truss rod covers are nailed on crooked, and the nails aren't even close to centered. I can't recommend one of these to anyone that is going to look at it up-close or handle it at all.

Broken 12 string neck.
The strings on the 2 string side were so tight this thing broke just trying to get the wrapper off, which I think was probably holding it together

壊れやすい商品なので心配してましたが破損等なく到着しました。ブリッジの駒の部分が少し凸凹で弦が綺麗に並んでませんでしたが、6弦ギターネックの方は綺麗に直しました。ブリッジが動くのと弦が余裕がないので細かい作業が出来る人はある程度揃えられると思います。見た目カッコイイので満足してます。
