Impressed with the instruction folio. Easy to understand. Battery cover was a bit difficult to slide off. Good lock system. Great small home safe. Very pleased.

Got this for our granddaughter in college and it's a perfect size for her valuables.

The safe is made of high strength steal and the door has a great deadbolt system. The lighted door is handy to see the contents inside the safe and the backup batter is great and if all else the key works great. The safe is a great value and quality for the price. It has multiple option to open if the batteries go dead. It is rugged enough to store some valuables in and it has options to anchor to floor or wall. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Product arrived dented and chipped. As I don't care about the aesthetics for this particular item, this usually wouldn't have caused concern. However, the door to the safe was a bit difficult to open / close due to the fact that the frame of the safe appears a bit bent. This may be due to damage during shipping-- I hope it wasn't due to negligent inspection / quality control during manufacturing. However, even if it was due to shipping, it's a little concerning that a safe / lock box could get so damaged in transit. It makes me wonder if it's very secure. At the end of the day, I'm just trying to provide a safe place for my daughter's more valuable belongings in her dorm. As the locking mechanism seems to work, I think it will suit the purpose. Opening / closing the door may be a little less fluid than it should be, but it's not as if she'll be accessing this multiple times per day. It's meant to be a place where she can keep materials she'll occasionally need to access. That said, improvements can be made to this device. If someone is looking for more air-tight security, this may not be the item you want to go with.
