The item is very top heavy. I have poor grip strength. The handle isn't the easiest to keep in my grasp, especially when reaching to my back or back of my legs. The handle is not long enough for me to reach everywhere I'd like, but I am a bigger person with shoulder, range of motion issues, arthritis, etc... For an average size person, it would reach all your parts. I have used it twice, and for now it's making bathing much easier. I was using regular bath brushes before and the scrubbing motion would activate the pain in my bones and joints for days after bathing. I have used the item on low speed for about an hour off of one full charge. It doesn't seem to be running low on power yet. I would recommend to anyone who has trouble bathing. I will update this in the future if any issues arise. Update June 2024. Unit stopped spinning. It makes a noise when turned on, but no longer will spin at all. It was nice while it lasted.

As I suspected the unit is heavy. The handle is a fail. It is straight, not curved, not ergonomic, could use a redesign. The motor doesn't seem strong enough even in the strongest position. I do like the heads and the fact they're interchangeable. They're very nice. I bought it mainly to scrub my back and the handle isn't ergonomic or long enough and it's heavy. It doesn't work for me, sadly. I tried it outside the shower for applying lotion. That is a big fail. The handle and unit becomes slippery so you're unable to really hold the handle or the unit without the handle. Even the handheld unit is heavy. A nice invention, but it needs to be redesigned to be ergonomic and less heavy. Overall, i'm disappointed.

If you are single and don't have someone to wash your back it does great at getting the hard to reach places

it arrived...I fully charged it....it worked great and lasted a long time on the initial charge.....then I fully charged it again and now it will NOT EVEN TURN ON....the lights indicate fully charged...I help the button down 3 seconds to turn it on....it will not work...and I can not return it or get a replacement on this item.....not a good deal!

Purchased a second time. Great product.

I used it for the first time today and noticed a couple of things: 1) the charge closure opens up while in the shower and in use. Doesn't stay affixed to the unit. 2) when you touch the unit to your body while on, it can pause and not rotate if you press to your body too closely. I don't know about anyone else, but I like a thorough clean when I'm using something on my body. A light touch over the top of my skin doesn't work for me. I will try it a couple more times. If my experience doesn't improve, I may try to see if it's returnable.
