SHDIATOOL Adapter for Core Bits 5/8-Inch-11 to M14 Thread

Like so many of you, I have both a 4 and a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder. Both of them come with a 5/8 threaded shank for attaching your wheels, grinders, etc. Well, often times you see a good deal of flap wheels or cut off wheels, but the hole is for a 7/8 shaft. These folks make the perfect solution for this problem. A simple double sized adapter. You screw the 5/8 threaded portion of the adapter onto the 5/8 angle grinder shank. The other portion of the adapter is 7/8. You put your cut wheel, flap wheel etc over that 7/8 post, tighten it down with the included washer and nut, and you're in business! A very simple solution to a nagging problem and this solved it in literally 30 seconds. Do I recommend this? 100%. I just used it today. Brilliant.

Fit the core cutting bit so I could use my drill. Fit and worked just fine for me.

Works for diamond hole saw. Works as advertised.

Sometimes "stainless steel" on amazon is actually very bad steel covered in a very thin coat of zinc (galvanized steel). The arbors/adapters I received were *NOT* galvanized. Seems like good steel. I had a wire brush wheel made to use with an angle grinder. I wanted to use the brush wheel with an electric drill instead. This adapter screwed in just fine.

Well made, fit the purpose well. Deliverd on time.

Fit's fine, but the slightest tweak of pressure will bend this out of straight causing anything you attach to it to wobble like made. Mine bent within the first 2 minute of use. And ended up going staight into the recycle bin. Don't waste your money!

Works as directed

screwed right on, no tread issues with mine, backing plate fits snugly, Good Quality. did not cause imbalance on my rotary tool, even with extra extension added.

Worked as described without failure. Used with a Vevor 4.25” x 14” diamond hole saw bit to drill through 7.5” of concrete foundation for a dryer termination.
