I saw this tool when looking at watches on line that everyone seemed to be using to show the watch face measurement. I assumed it was some expensive tool for watch collectors. Looked it up on Amazon and it was only about $8. I am not a collector but have a few watches and like to buy certain sizes. Bought this and it works great, very simple to use, seems well made, came with batteries and a regular old tape measure so you can measure your wrist as well. So far very impressed, worked exactly as I expected it to right out of the box. Also has a nice little plastic case for storage.

Fantastic buy. Larger than I expected and perfect for my application. I restore fine art frames and get precise dimensions from this caliper.

Works just as advertised. Durable. Accurate

Purchased this device as a replacement for my previous metal calipers. Wanted this (plastic caliper) device to prevent scratching of material being handled. Works as expected. Spare batteries were included. Easy to use... Just reposition the caliper and the display turns on. You can press the on/off button to turn unit off or just allow it to time out - the display will turn off after a period of time with no motion of the caliper. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply because the storage container is difficult to properly close and latch.

Every time I need a set of calipers, I don;t have any. I always mean to buy a set, but never do. Today I NEEDED calipers and thought: TODAY IS THE DAY. Sometimes I need to measure bolts or the diameter of stuff. I ordered these yesterday and received them today. I needed to measure the size of the inner pice of my hose bib's vacuum valve. the piece was cracked and it was leaking. The inner diameter of the part differs from replacement part to replacement part. These helped to determine exactly the size I needed. They were accurate in that they measured the piece/part exactly as the measurements are stated in the description of the part I ordered. So I know they are accurate. They are very easy to use. The slide mechanism is very smooth. The LCD display has large, clear numbers. Changing from mm to inches takes the push of a button. There's a zero button, as well. I have never used calipers and I was able to figure them out almost immediately. They have multiple ways to measure: inside and outside diameter. They come with a case AND 3 batteries, -one already installed. For $8 you can't beat this tool. Everyone needs one!

What did I do without this handy tool. I am really impressed with this measuring tool and for the price it works great. I take photos of jewelry for my online business and this gives me accuracy of measurements with different measurement options.

Upscaled my caliper to this beauty. Works great, comes with a case, extra batteries and a measuring tape! Sweet!

A great, affordable digital caliper overall. It isn’t as accurate as more expensive options, but for the price, it is everything you could need. As stated in the description, it only measures to one decimal point. It seems to be built of plastic, and the buttons work, but don’t feel great. It is very ease to slide and move around, and it has a professional look overall. Another useful feature is that it automatically turns off when you aren’t using it.

I had very low expectations for a pair of plastic calipers. Being plastic I wouldn't recommend them for machining but they could be useful at the desk to measure parts that you are trying to model in CAD. The repeatability is excellent. Spot on every time for 20 cycles in a row. I bought them to make a tail stock "DRO" and I thought plastic jaws would be easier to cut off then hardened stainless but now I think I might get another pair or two for measuring for 3D printing where super high accuracy is not required. Came with a battery preinstalled (with a plastic pull tab) and two spares in what has to be the most odd shaped case I've every seen. Overall, for low precession work like 3D printing, I would 100% recommend.

Within the budget. Good Product. Also a extra battery. Smooth and function properly.

Pretty accurate and useful for one-off measuring. I would not recommend it for professional heavy-duty work. But for basic stuff and hobbies it works fine. No brainer for 10 bucks.

Ce pied à coulisse m'est très utile pour mesurer des petites pièces pour mes conceptions 3D et l'étui de protection pour transporter le pied à coulisse est bon mais le pied à coulisse s'allume souvent tout seul dans l'étui. C'est un bon produit
