Does this have the place on end for the brake light switch

Yes it does. It has 3 ports for the brake lines with one coming out the front for the stop light switch. If you are using on a buggy it may need to be plugged with bubble flare plugs. Do NOT use pipe plugs in these holes. I cut off metric bolts to make plugs that do not bottom out and used copper brake washers to seal under the head of the bolts.

what is the thread size of the outlet ?

10mm bubble flare for top and side outlets. End is for brake light switch which is 10mm METRIC pipe thread, not 1/8" pipe. You can get the switches here on Amazon from any of the dune buggy stores. Make sure it is for VW. EMPI should also have.

i have a 1964 vw bug convertered to rhd will this work in the stock hole? also does it come with a push rod?

I am pretty sure it would bolt up BUT bugs have remote reservoirs and it would be a pain to put fluid in it.It does NOT come with a push rod but I think a bug or bus one would work.
