Perfect in our living room! We could never see the appliance clocks hidden by our kitchen countertop and now we can see the time easily from our couch. I purchased the black clock with red illuminated numbers which is easy to see, the black blends into the TV sound bar and looks like it's a part of the TV. The numbers are just the right size. Keeps perfect time. I like the battery operated, no cords. Perfect!

I bought this for my mother's TV stand because she no longer has a cable box with a clock. I can see it clearly, but my mother's vision isn't what it used to be and she says she can't see it clearly. We'll be keeping it. Once she has cataract surgery I believe she'll be able to see clearly again. It's a good little battery operated clock. It keeps good time and I feel that black with white numbers is the best contrast. Also, battery operated was important reason to select this as there aren't anymore electrical outlets near her TV to plug the clock into. As for the 4 star rating, well, I don't give anybody 5 stars. It would have to be manufactured in the USA for that.

FINALLY! A small clock for my nightstand that truly has an adjustable display! I can't say how many clocks I have had only to reluctantly realize the brightness is something I have to deal with (I like the room very dark when I sleep). The display on this clock is really adjustable and the low setting is absolute perfection! It's small and basic (yet does have an alarm) and is exactly what I've been searching for at a great price! Easy to set up and great quality too!

I love this little clock! Easy to read numbers, no-tick, and the display is "uncluttered". 12 or 24-hr format. Small enough to fit on a small nightstand or end table.

It works exactly what I need it for. I've been wanting a clock that's visible in the dark for when I wake up early or in the middle of the night. I've had it for over a month now and I haven't had any issues. The accuracy has been on point, though it was a bit tricky setting the time to the exact second. I have always kept the light dimness to the lowest setting and it's still very visible even from across my room. The shade of blue is also my favorite, and it remains very visible with the lights on. I have it hanging up on the wall but it's small and compact so it'd be nice for a desk too.

Remember, it’s powered by four AA batteries, not plug-in. Great for somewhere without an outlet or on a shelf you don’t want to run an extension cord to. I’ve had it going for a few hours now and it seems to be keeping perfect time. Be advised that the display looks brighter in pictures - even in my picture of it on its brightest setting. But, a brighter display would probably go through batteries like crazy, so I suppose it’s worth the tradeoff. In a darkened room, the dimmest setting is adequate.

This is a really nice battery, digital clock requiring 4 AA batteries. The only issue I have with this clock is the difficult to find by feel the alarm on/off button which is flush mounted on the back of the clock along with 3 other small buttons(3/16 ths). I found on Amazon a collection of clear, plastic stick on feet of different sizes. The smallest one fit the flush mounted button perfectly so I can now find the alarm on/off button by feel in the dark. I am using rechargeable AA lithium ion batteries that have become available in the last year or so on line. These are 1.5 volt cells so they are similar to regular alkaline batteries that are supposed to last a year. The hard to find without looking alarm button is the only reason I went with 4 stars.

Fine product. I haven't noticed any problems mentioned in past negative reviews, I think the manufacturer has changed some things. It is bright enough to see in the day, but not too bright for night. The numbers are big and easy to see. I've only had it a week, so I can't say much about battery life, but since I use rechargeable batteries I don't expect any problems. I don't find the settings difficult to change. Perfect that it doesn't have a power cord, the batteries are enough.

Good display, any one can buy without thinking. Delivery it will take almost one month but still you can wait for this product.

The main concern from all buyers will be battery life and accuracy. 1) For real life alkaline battery life test for my last 3 month use, each battery voltage will drop about 0.1V every 3 months. The unit can still operate with 1.2V. That means 4x new alkaline batteries will last about 9 to 12 months with lowest brightness level. The time can be read clearly from 3 meters away in total darkness with lowest brightness level. (Unit provided 3 levels of brightness) 2) The time is accurate within 30s after 3 months usage. I used 4x alkaline Battery. Now they are about 1.2V.

The numbers are large and easy to read both day and night. But it is not too bright. It sits very near my face when I'm sleeping but it does not disturb me at all. A prefect travel clock to take when visiting countries that have different electricity as it runs totally on batteries.

Product runs on battery alone which is what I am looking for, alarm sounds soft and is perfect for me, clock light is beautiful and can easily be seen in the dark. Clock is perfect for me :)
