Gorgeous faucet; excellent quality
High quality. Very well made. Beautiful workmanship; no flaws. It is tall, but worked well on our sink. We bought the faucet with the small swan handles (not the crystal), very glad we did. It really gives the sink and bathroom a more luxurious feel. The clip-in hose connections gave us some issues, but we finally got them to work. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they look into upgrading those connections. But great product overall; even better looking in real life.

Don’t buy!
This faucet broke after 1 year. Corroded from the inside and literally fell off the vanity. Made very cheap though looks are deceiving. Do not recommend!

Beautiful faucet
The faucet is as stunning in person as it is on the site. Unfortunately it is too large for the intended location and we had to return it! It was heartbreaking and we searched high and low to find a solution that would allow us to keep this beautiful product. It is heavy and well made. The finish is bright and shiny and appears to be high quality. We're very sad to be returning the faucet.

Really lovely, but one of the wings was loose.
This thing is great. STOP LOOKING AT ME SWAN. I think about Billy Madison every time I bathe now. One of the wings was kinda loose, but I didn't want to send it back and deal with it so I installed it anyway.

Gorgeous set, but fills tub very slowly
This is simply beautiful to look at in every way. The only drawback is that the opening on the faucet is tiny and it takes a very long time to fill a tub

One of the wings just fell off
This faucet was expensive but looked very nice and loved it till one of the wings just fell off. See photo. Contacted manufacturer, lightinthebox.com, and their response was that I will have to contact Amazon. Amazon gave some suggestion on how to troubleshoot problem and then directed me back to the manufacturer. SO here I an stuck in a loop and no one accepts responsibility for this defected product!
