Great wrist brace for my carpal tunnel caused by cell phone scrolling and walking our 80 lb dog. This really helped stabilize my forearm, however, a relative suggested I take Vitamin B6 1x a day and the pain vanished. I couldn't believe it. Good luck.

I've tried multiple wrist braces on Amazon and sold through medical prescription services, and so far this one is the best. I don't think there is a better wrist brace on Amazon (at least I haven't seen a better one yet). This one is comfortable and very secure being tight enough on the wrist with the 3 strap system to actually keep your wrist in a neutral position. And they apparently upgraded it so the velcro is much nicer and overall it seems higher quality and more durable (this is my 3rd purchase of this wrist brace - they seem to last around 4 or 5 years before they just get too smelly or worn out).

I have just developed carpal tunnel in my right wrist, and the pain was keeping me up all night. I'm new to it all and was in tears at what's happening to me that I can't write anymore, can't button shirts, tie shoelaces, etc. Someone told me to get a wrist brace to wear overnight to at least be able to sleep, so I ordered this one, just for my one wrist. Oh my goodness, this thing totally immobilizes my wrist. I don't feel any pain at all during the night, and I'm able to sleep. It's solidly secure with three sturdy velcro straps wrapping around the hand, wrist and forearm. It's comfortable, too. This is a solid 5 stars for me and I recommend it if you're suffering from carpal tunnel or anything where you need to have your wrist stable and immobilized. I don't wear it during the day because I think the wrist needs movement and flexibility (even though it hurts), but night is when I need it and it absolutely delivers.

This did the job and I think the only complaint I have is this is a small medium and I’m a larger girl so at first I didn’t think this would fit well but then when I properly learned to put it on, it did fit and it was not too tight however, if I could size up, I think I would be much more comfortable, but the Velcro works very well and it keeps my wrist straight and does what it needs to do so for that I will give it a good rating and would recommend to someone starting out with something to see if this is the right fit for them. Just make sure you’re mindful of the sizes when you purchase it’s a great sturdy material and breathable as well comfortable in my opinion

This product has been exactly what I needed after a CrossFit injury a couple of weeks ago. My dr thought I had carpel tunnel issues . But discovered I had been sleeping on arm which affected arm :-( Bought this and then decided I didn’t need it . But if I did need wrist brace I’d purchase this again. Well made, seemed to have good support and was stretchable .

I got this because I have carpal tunnel & my hand falls asleep & is painful at night. This works miracles. No more pain or tingling waking me up at night. I definitely recommend this if you’re having similar issues. It is adjustable & sturdy & doesn’t make my hand sweaty. I believe it can be washed in washer, i just haven’t tried yet

This is an extremely comfortable wrist brace. I have a small wrist and the brace fits perfectly. It keeps my wrist from moving. My doctor gave me a wrist brace with metal inside and it was so uncomfortable I could not wear it. This brace, on the other hand, is very comfortable and provides good wrist support. The inside does not irritate my skin. I strongly recommend it.
