General info, not very precise.
It's a nice way to reference the nutrient counts of the foods you eat. It tells you some groups in "cups". I don't know about you, but I can stuff a whole lot into a cup. To be precise, it should be in ounces or grams. Meats are in ounces but not specified cooked or not. This chart is a good reference if you want a general idea. For my keto diet, I still need much better precise counts. It will stay on the fridge unless I find a better one.

Have bought a couple of these and very impressed with the thick material and magnet. It attaches securely to the fridge with no slippage. Bought for myself and as a gift. Price is great, received quickly in excellent condition. I would buy again with no hesitation. I find the given times and temperatures to be fairly accurate and I like the fact it can be on the fridge for quick reference. You won’t be disappointed, this is a great buy and reference guide.

Would like one that is in metric, celecius, i just estimate times going by whats on chart. Still a good guide.
