Started using these as part of the GRC Healthy Sleep Formula which has evolved over the past few years. I began with the original 5 components and moved to the three components when Steve Gibson revised the formula. After getting my body to return to effective sleep I have been able to drop the Oleamide portion of the formula and now simply use a combination of Niacinamide and Melatonin, along with good sleep practices. I am now able to fall asleep and return to sleep readily when I awake in the night. This has not cured my sleep apnea but has enabled me to return to sleep after awakening.

A superior product. I wouldn't have guessed that I could get that kind of performance from a tablet. I normally go for the powder but this works well and it's another shining example of why Nature's Life is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands.

It has really helped relieve the pain in my shoulders (3 rotator cuff surgeries) n hip (I have significant arthritis in all my joints). Only issue is I have to take more than the recommended daily dose as stated on the bottle. Usually take 2-3/day.

I suffer from Osteoarthritis in both knees. Lost over 100 lbs, but damage was done. This pill has made the difference in high pain/unable to walk without cursing every step, to a relatively low pain day. I have cut calcium, sugar and carbs in general which helped but this is the cherry on top. I am told I need knee replacements, but I won't. I am terrified of any surgery. I take 2 of the 1,000mg in the morning. and 1 in the early evening. I worked up to this dosage over time. This brand works. If I try to skip a day, my body let's me know. I can now walk through Kroger, Walmart and Lowe's, one after the other, without a cane and without wanting to scream in pain.

For anyone that needs to take a higher dose of Niacin this product is great. No flushing or issues of any kind.
