Good with concerns for daily use
Good, feel genuine, but it is a seed oil after all. While it has more mono unsaturated fats, it still has poly unsaturated fats (omega 6) which can cause inflammation and other health issues if taken in excess and that is likely because using this regularly will sky rocket omega 6. It is fine as long as you take omega 3 supplements, but still a concern. Good for cooking I suppose. Maybe not so good for drizzling.
