Works okay. I have a bad back so it takes quite a bit for it to feel better. But the stuff works for me short time.

Icy Hot helps me move throughout the day. It is easy to apply and to wash off. It does have a strong smell but I dont notice it after a while

This works pretty well. I have bad spasms in my legs and feet, and this works at relieving the pain I'd say 90% of the time. It smells very strong tho, and if you don't wash your hands with soap after applying, every thing you touch will leave a residue.
