I love this remote. I did not have to go thru codes to sync with TV. It worked right out the packaging. Love the big buttons!! Has input button, mute button. All of it works great

Setup we pretty easy, good manual, worked just fine for 29 days exactly. Then died.

It was the right size and connected with Samsung smart TV right away. However, it proved mostly useless since it could not select apps and could not input TV channels. Basically needed two remotes. It is good for turning on and muting.

It’s very easy to use for my mom who has dementia and she also has cataracts but the large buttons make it easy to see. It was also very easy to set up.

Great for low vision easy to program

This remote has been a wonderful purchase for my mom, who has dementia. The simple design with only a few buttons makes it easy for her to use without feeling confused or overwhelmed. The buttons are large and clearly labeled, which is especially helpful since she doesn’t see well. She absolutely loves it and feels more independent using the TV again. It has made daily life less frustrating for her and much easier for our family. This remote truly does exactly what it’s meant to do, and I’m so grateful for a product that’s both practical and thoughtfully designed.

Large easy to read buttons, but not all of them work! very difficult to use! Returned it and second one was the same. Much pressure is needed to change the channels or sound!!!

It worked very well, my mother-in-law is in the hospital and they didn’t supply her with a remote for her TV, this took about a minute to set up and it works just fine

Great for the boomer that wants an easy remote for watching TV.

Stopped working within a couple of weeks. Bought this for my mother who is now in an nursing home - Initially worked well. At some point it stopped working, but was just outside of the return window. Contacted seller about warranty and did not get a response. Crappy product and crappy customer service.
