I took a long time to finally buy the latest gen console this time around. I’ve owned the Xbox 360 and the original Xbox One and still play both regularly. I was leaning towards a Series X for the longest time, but then decided I didn’t need all the bells a d whistles that console has over this one. I chose the refurbished model to purchase the console at around its original price point before the price hike occurred earlier this year. Mine was $309 plus tax & free shipping. The console looks and works like new. The controller was nice and minty, and it came with an HDMI and power cable. No manual, but I’ve been gaming since the Atari 2600 days, so setup is easy to me. This one I set up through the Xbox app in less than a minute. I really like the series S and if you’re like me and don’t need 4K output, another blu-ray drive, and the other fairly minor comparison specs, you’ll probably have a lot of fun with it as well. I hooked up an external drive I had lying around and while you can’t play X/S games from it (my only complaint, but it’s easy to buy an expansion unit to solve the problem, I can still store and load up tons of my Xbox One and 360 games.

Runs nice and quiet even when transferring digital games from external hard drive and graphics very impressive

Left a 5 star rating initially, but changed it to 1. Barely 2 years after purchase, my console just went dead today. Did all the troubleshooting, to no avail. I'm the kinda person that takes meticulous care their things. I live in a very clean environment, hvac with regular filter changes, and air sealed ducting, so i have very little dust, but i still use my OPOLAR electric air duster on my xbox's (I have a 360 and a One as well) regularly. Yes, I said my 360, the red ring culprit, outlasted my series S! Wtf lol. I've had pretty good luck with refurbished throughout my years, but not this time, and it only saved me like a hundred bucks, and to get this refurbished thing fixed is 200, NOT WORTH IT! I'm gonna get another one of course, but im buying new, and i HIGHLY recommend everyone else buys new also, or this review is gonna be yours soon.

Bought this for my son’s birthday and he was over the moon! Delivery was quick and it arrived safely. Setup was super easy and it runs smoothly. The graphics are crisp, and it’s the perfect size for his room too. Great value and such a brilliant upgrade—he hasn’t stopped smiling. Definitely recommend for any gamer!

La consola está en óptimas condiciones pero el control venía sucio con mugre entre las separaciónes y con el detalle de que el joystick de navegación se mueve demasiado rápido y no se puede mover bien

Great value just as described

Esta ha sido mi peor experiencia de compra en amazon. Para empezar, el anuncio dice claramente que el producto se vende "como nuevo" y da una garantía de 90 dias para total satisfaccion. A los 2 meses mi equpo empezo a reiniciarse, por loq ue contacte al fabricante. El me dijo que " solo amparaba 30 dias" que se les "olvido cambiar los términos". Además de que me dijo que el equipo se calentaba. que lo podia usar "sin la carcasa" o pagar una reparación. tuve que pagar el envio y el retorno adicionalmente. Con lo que solo la reclamación me costó mas dinero. En México y en muchos paises, se exige que se cumplan los términos del anuncio.
