This electrolyte powder is pricy, but you can taste and feel the quality. I’ve tried a lot of different brands, and I’m extremely picky when it comes to flavor, ingredients, and performance — this one stands out. Easy to open individual-sized packets, mild smell, and dissolves quickly. The balance of electrolytes feels just right without being overly sweet or artificial. It dissolves cleanly, tastes natural, and actually makes me feel hydrated and replenished. If you’re particular about what you put in your body, this is worth the extra cost.

I drink LMNT every morning in 40 oz of water, and it’s become a consistent part of my routine. I used to buy the variety pack, and while all the flavors I tried were good, Watermelon is by far my favorite. The watermelon flavor has a great sweet-and-salty balance. Refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial. It dissolves easily and is pleasant to drink even first thing in the morning. I also appreciate that it’s zero sugar and focused on electrolytes rather than fillers. I haven’t tried the unflavored version, so I can’t comment on that, but based on my experience with the flavored options, this one stands out. I have used LMNT for cycling, but when my wife was pregnant she would get these terrible cramps that would leave her howling during the night. It was so bad I thought she was going into labor. The only thing that helped these cramps were LMNT. The Watermelon Salt has a slightly sweet taste, like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher but less sweet and salty. My wife really enjoyed the taste. It's no secret that LMNT is basically just sodium, potassium, and magnesium with some flavoring and sweetener, heck even LMNT published their recipe for people to make their own electrolyte solution at home, but the point of LMNT for me in convenience. When my wife was howling in pain I didn't have the time to measure out an electrolyte recipe, rather it's just a packet, water, and ice and electrolytes down the hatch.

I have POTS and need a lot of sodium and to stay hydrated more than the average person does.. I also have facial flushing to any citric acid and this particular flavor has what I’ve found none or little to none, (I have no reaction). It’s delicious and does the job! Keeps me feeling well throughout the day although I do have to have two which isn’t abnormal!

Watermelon is the best flavor by far. If you're doing carnivor diet this is some of the best stuff to get. I like that it has the things I need and nothing I dont.

Still need more time to tell but first impression is good. Felt hydrated during my workout. Tastes good but there is no hiding the sodium.

I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and have just purchased these for the first time after hearing about them for a couple of years. The watermelon flavour smells like the candy watermelon slices! 😍 they help me with my hydration, keeping my sodium levels up and my overall energy levels and recovery 🙌🏼

Box was damaged. The salt was moist and the taste is not the original one but very bad. Seems like it was not stored properly. Do not recommend at all.
