Good Night Fire Engines (Good Night Our World) Review: Great book for all! - Who doesn't like Firefighters? Who doesn't like firefighter books? "Good Night Fire Engines" is the literary equivalent of a cozy bedtime hug from a firefighter dressed in pajamas. This book is so easy to read, even a cop on a donut break could breeze through it – and that's saying something! The pages turn smoother than a firefighter sliding down the pole, making it a perfect read for those moments when you're too tired to tackle Tolstoy. Now, I don't want to brag, but this book was such a hit with toddlers that they might just start a petition to have it declared a national treasure (or at least my kids). Move over, stuffed animals; there's a new bedtime MVP in town. I have to read this 4-6 times a night. The vivid illustrations of fire engines are like catnip for little ones—stimulating their imaginations and ensuring dreams filled with sirens and heroism. The construction of the book is sturdier than a firehouse foundation. You could probably drop it from a toddler-height coffee table, and it would survive the fall like a resilient fireman walking away from an explosion in slow motion. The thick pages can withstand the wear and tear of tiny hands eager to explore the world of firefighting. In conclusion, "Good Night Fire Engines" is not just a bedtime story; it's a literary rescue mission. It's a delightful journey through the world of fire engines, written in a way that even the busiest first responders (or sleepy parents) can appreciate. So, grab your little firefighter-in-training, snuggle up, and enjoy a bedtime adventure that's more heartwarming than a fireman rescuing a kitten from a tree. Review: Great book for 18 months up - Our 20 month toddler loves this book. We have him count fire fighters, fire engines, and children on any pages where there are multiples as a bonus activity. He likes to have us read it to him repeatedly until he falls asleep.

This was baby gift.
This is a cute book. I bought it for a baby gift for a girl who was having a boy (her husband is a fire-fighter).

Fun and colorful
2yr old grandson loves this book. Pages are colorful and the fact that it is board book (almost indestructible) is a plus!

Couldn't resist!
I'm new to the "Good Night" book world but I ordered this the moment I saw it. Grandson's dad is a firefighter/EMT. Classic size board book, bright colors, simple graphics. There is one obviously female firefighter among the males, but there's a good mix of gender and children of many colors throughout. SO much to look at on every page! Some extra fun things to note - firetrucks come in more than traditional red, there are many different kinds of rescue vehicles, and there's a page showing a couple of antique-looking trucks. Can't wait to go and read this to baby, who is just 5 weeks old, but it's never too early to start!!!

It's a small board book, there are no flaps or interactive features. At the same price, there are many other options available that provide interactive designs. Even the storyline /narration in this book is pretty ordinary. So it's not a good buy at this price point (400 to 500 bucks). Would be ok if it's priced at about Rs. 150/-
