This product is not working and no support is getting from the seller

Despite everything this product description says, this is NOT a piece of Cisco equipment. It is a Luma Optics branded SFP. The title, product description, model numbers, and pictures say this is Cisco, it isn't. I really hate these bait and switch tactics on amazon.
