I normally never write reviews, but because this product has helped enhance my day to day life, wanted to share my story if this can help others in similar situations. For the longest time I’ve struggled with mental & physical fatigue from a dynamic work schedule and training blocks. I was feeling consistently tired with brain fog. I have tried other products including the popular “Alpha Brain” and although it helped, it definitely broke the bank and felt a slight crash when the product would wear off. When a colleague recommended me to try MindHoney “Dose”, I was interested to see how the results would take effect being a health enthusiast and at the lower price point. After taking ”Dose” for 1 week, it more than exceeded my expectations. I feel alert, focused & relaxed on a daily basis. I purchased this for a family member diagnosed with ADD. They feel that this product safely provides mild to moderate help with focusing on tasks. They say it helps them in the way that some people feel caffeine helps a person stay on task. It does not have the same effect as some prescription medications; but it is an OTC supplement that doesn't have negative side effects and still provides some efficacy. All-in-all, they have a favorable opinion of this product.
