I bought this as a set and came with the pre-shampoo and the shampoo and conditioner after many hours of research on several different platforms and different store sites reading peoples reviews I decided to go with this brand as I’ve had previous luck with L’Oreal brands in the past whether it be from hair products to make up products. I think they’re a great line. I use a very expensive shampoo and conditioner Urology Because I have very thick naturally curly hair that’s down to my butt. It’s very hard to manage and I live in the hot humid Florida heat my hair tends to be very dry and frizzy at the ends only so I read somewhere that it would be good to try a bonding routine to try to soften maintain the frizz. I didn’t wanna spend an extreme fortune on this product that you only use anywhere from once to twice a week, I only wash my hair twice a week, so therefore that would leave one shampoo with the bonding treatment and the other with my regular shampoo and conditioner. I follow directions and use the pre-shampoo and left it on for five minutes after rinsing it out I felt that my hair felt a little dry, but once you complete the process with the shampoo and conditioner, your hair actually comes out very soft, silky, shiny smooth, and it does tame the frizz. I let my hair dry overnight and when I woke up in the morning, my ends were not as frizzy. My hair was very soft and manageable

I rarely ever write reviews, but I just had to with this. I've been heat styling my hair a lot more lately, and even with using heat protector beforehand, my hair was getting really dry and frizzy. I've always had extremely healthy hair, so tbh I was starting to really freak out about it. I used this shampoo and conditioner, along with the pre-shampoo treatment ONE TIME so far, followed up with the Ever Pure 21-in-1 leave-in conditioner spray, and my hair feels completely back to full health. It is soft and silky, without any frizz at all. When I saw my mom later that day she actually commented on how shiny my hair was. I'm honestly really blown away by how huge of a difference one use of these products made.

I have been using Matrix Biolage shampoo and conditioner for 5+ years and finally got sick of the price for them. I stumbled upon this shampoo and conditioner combo and boy am I happy I did! I still get the same great results for a fraction of the price. I have fine/thin hair with some natural waves and this has worked wonders for the past week that I have owned it and I will never go back! It does have a strong scent at first but that's only because I wasn't used to having such a strong scent with my previous shampoo and conditioner. Now after a week I can hardly notice it as I am used to it. The conditioner isn't very milky/creamy as your regular conditioner, more of like a mixture between a harder lotion and toothpaste (if that makes sense). All in all, 10/10 from me!

Thank god I found this product because I have very porous hair and lots of hair dye layered on my hair and before, every shampoo/ conditioner I’d use my hair would still be dry and give me a false sense of softness but not actually repairing my hair or anything. I love this shampoo and conditioner bc it actually repairs your hair properly and doesn’t give you a fake soft feeling on your hair you can actually tell your hair is genuinely soft and healthier with each use. This is definitely a product you have to keep using because it’s not a one day thing for sure but it works!

Ive always thought shampoo never really mattered and my scalp has recently been itchy so I started to research for new haircare products. This is the one shampoo I immediately saw a difference with! The conditioner on the other hand I dont care for, I think it performs worse than regular conditioners tbh very odd. Got it during a sale I dont think its worth it for full price but I do love the shampoo I wish it was sold separately.

My hair was a mess! Hair dye and daily swimming had taken its toll. I tried to oil my hair and use all kinds of moisturising conditioners but to no avail. Until this product... After 3 uses, my hair is beginning to show massive improvement. When I pull on a hair strand, it no longer breaks off because it's so dry. Here is my ritual: 1- 30 minutes before washing, I use the OGX Miracle Coconut Oil on my dry hair. 2- I use the shampoo by sectioning my hair and gently scrubbing my scalp. 3- then I condition the hair, again section by section, and rinse out after 5 minutes. 4- After towel drying, I use a leave in conditioner (any will do) and let my hair dry (no heat used). 5- before going to bed, I use the L'Oréal Hyaluronic night serum, braid my hair loosely and try to get a good night's sleep. In the morning, I comb out the hair and there is no trace of the serum left. I wash my hair every other day and my hair always smells nice and fresh because of this shampoo (although the conditioner is the big prize). Hope you find this useful. I just wish the price was less as you will go through it quickly if your hair is long.
