Love it very much! Probably the best Shower Trim on the Market for the price and quality. Quiet, easy to manage and is a pleasure to touch it every day! So easy to switch in between the Rain Shower Head and Hand Shower. Turns the water off immediately once in the 0 position. No permanent stains. Very happy with the purchase! Have it installed on our both bathrooms upstairs.

Purchased this trim kit for a shower remodel and chose the damaged packaging option because it was almost $200 cheaper but made sure to read the small print. Product was supposed to come with all parts in brand new condition, it was just repackaged. Received the box and opened it to find that the face plate or escutcheon was missing from the box. Everything else was there and looked brand new. Contacted Amazon and was told to reach out to the manufacturer to have them send me the missing part. Called Hansgrohe and spoke to a rep named Parth. After explaining to him and sending multiple emails back and forth he told me they would be sending me the missing part and even gave me an order number. I then followed back up with Amazon because they mentioned a partial refund for the missing part and they refunded $33 but told me I couldn’t return the product now. Fast forward to the next day and I get a follow up email from Parth telling me that the escutcheon was no longer available and there’s nothing they can do to get me another. So now I have a complete shower setup from Hansgrohe that I can’t use because I cannot get just the face plate. His advice to me as the customer was to just buy another $350 shower trim kit. Lmao. Just beware before you use this company. Customer service is absolutely horrible and they don’t care. They just want your money. Will never use their product again. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.

This is a great product, but delivered to me late and the box was crushed and Not Sealed. The product was just pieces returned by someone and thrown together in the box. The back plaque was scratched and unusable. Pieces were put together already that should not have been. Fortunately my plumber was able to use some it to solve our problem. But this was a pathetic delivery for any product especially at this high cost! Are you kidding Amazon?! All my trust is gone that this company can do things right.

Previously opened. Small hardware bag is missing and small parts are missing from an associated bag. Sold previously???
