This is amazing. The probiotic fiber I have been looking for! I take it with kefir every morning. My digestion is great, my gut in doing just fine. It doesn't have any taste, and it is easy to work with.

I’ve been using this mainly for homemade ice cream, and it blended in really easily. It doesn’t have much taste and didn’t change the flavor at all, which was important for what I was making. I like that it dissolves smoothly and doesn’t get gritty or clumpy. It felt like an easy way to add a bit of fiber to recipes without affecting texture or consistency. Overall, it worked exactly how I hoped and I’d use it again for both recipes and everyday use.

This does not dissolve very well. It is like drinking sandy water.

This is a wonderful fiber. It's very fine in texture with no grittiness at all and no pronounced flavor of its own, so it mixes well with anything. When taken daily, it makes my tummy feel so good!

Acacia fiber is a soluble fiber that forms a ball of gel in your stomach, that then moves on to your colon, where the bacteria there feast on it, producing short-chain fatty acids (SCFA). SCFAs work as a key, unlocking L-cells from the intestinal walls. L-cells go on to activate GLP-1 and PYY in your gut and send them to the brain to signal you are full. At no more than the recommended dosage, it has tamed my large appetite and made it possible for me to lose weight, which I need to do because of a recent medical diagnosis. This stuff is truly wonderous. It's super gentle and safe. I've experienced no side effects, but if I did they are likely to be a bit of bloating or extra gas. No nausea, no vomiting, no diarrhea. Incredibly safe, effective, and healthy for the body. An all-natural and gentle alternative to harsh drugs. The only problem I've experienced since I began taking it is remembering to eat. Every body is different, but I highly recommend it. And NOW is a great brand that is trustworthy and affordable. If you're looking to lose weight or just want some gut regulation, try it.

I tried this product for over a week and it had no effect at all!

毎朝のコーヒーに入れて飲んでます。 サラサラと細かいパウダーなので 小さじスプーンいっぱいをカップに入れ少しだけコーヒーを入れてよくかき混ぜて溶かし、そのあとカップいっぱいにコーヒーとミルクを注いで飲んでます。一度に入れるとダマになり、なかなか溶けません｡全く味を邪魔することなく続けられるのでこれからが楽しみです。値段も色々調べましたが一番お得でした。
