Received with it unsealed and saw that the tip was uneven and the sides had residue, meaning it was used and sent to me.

It lasts a long time, it's comfortable, and easy to apply, the pigment is definitely there, it's soft, but it did break a little when I first got it but now I have no problems with it whatsoever
