Nice product, nicer company
My product ended up being defective but I didn't realize it initially. Started leaking after install. Company replaced the entire part and followed up after reinstall to make sure the issue was resolved. I also have several other products from the same compsny.company all beautiful, all function great. Really nice quality!

Beautiful shower!
My husband and I love our new outdoor shower! We had purchased one from another company for 4 times the price, but when it came it was not oil rubbed bronze as described, it was matte black. After we returned it we bought this one instead and are very happy with it. We had questions about a couple of things, which were answered promptly. Very good customer service.

Beautiful!
This was exactly what we wanted. Since I was installing this into a custom shower, I needed to instal drop-ear elbows, and the hardware provided worked perfectly with standard plumbing connections. Shortly after installing it, the shower developed a drip, and the seller was quick to respond and diagnose the issue, and rushed a repair part to us. Excellent customer service! We are very happy with this purchase

It’s so beautiful and looks of great quality!!
It looks beautiful, but it’s installed in an unfinished bathroom, we just made sure it works with all the new pipes, and it does, but have not used it just yet.

Drips randomly when turned off
After a shower you can turn the faucet off all the way and the showerhead still drips. Even after half an hour, it will drip randomly three or four drips at a time. Finish is good. Easy to install but there is a flaw somewhere
