I needed something better than just my phone for zoom/teams calls, and also needed better than my laptop standard PC/mic functions. While a bit pricey, I can say that others on the calls indicated my voice quality was perfect and I can tell that when I want to speak I am heard now. No more breaking up, or cancelling by my phone. It also has a red light when muted and green light when not muted. Easy to mute/unmute from the device (or the application of zoom / teams as usual). I just plugged it into my laptop USB port and it worked immediately, nothing to install or configure. It comes with a case so I take it when I travel too. the only improvement I would suggest is adding a kickstand to the back so it could stand up versus laying flat. I put it in a cell phone stand for easier visual and button pushing. I highly recommend this product. I have been using it for about 8 months without issues.

Could not have been easier to setup. I just plugged it in to a USB port and the computer (Windows 11) did the rest. I just had to select to use this as the microphone and it worked. Using this in a large meeting room with some sitting 20 feet away. We could hear the other parties really well and they said they could hear all of our speakers also. Came packaged in a box and even comes with a case to store it in if you're traveling. The cord nicely wraps around the base and has a built in stand to angle the speaker.

I play tabletop, role-playing games and communication for remote play has always been an issue. Now we can put this device in the center of a table and the microphones are so good. They will pick up everybody’s voice in the room. The speaker is loud and clear. Our remote players are able to join us and feel like they are with us. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

I was consulting to a business that had the 900, and it was amazingly clear during a conference call. I decided to purchase the 700 because it’s made for a home office or a traveler. Hooking it up is a simple task. Sound quality is incredible! The only negative is it doesn’t work with all platforms. Teams - Yes Zoom - Unknown Google Meet - No This is a must have for a small business. The included travel / storage case is nice.

My job requires me to be involved with may calls and meetings every day, so finding a great speaker/microphone was important. I had previously purchased a Microsoft certified mic similar to this one. Caught so much background noise and echoed a bunch. I work from home so this is vital to my meetings. Love this mic so much. Crystal clear on the other end and easy switch to my computer to this

Bought this for a large conference room with 17ft ceilings and a 10ft boardroom table. We had about 7 people online and 9 people around the table. We are looking for cheaper ways to turn our old conference room into a video conference room and this did the trick. The speaker was fantastic, everyone in the room could hear those online clearly. The microphone was also very impressive. We did keep it closer to the main presenter and it was crystal clear for everyone online, when people had questions it was also very clear until the people farthest away (about 5-6 feet away) asked questions. You could still hear them, they were just quieter. We were pushing the recommended boundaries for this device but I still think it preformed very well. Finally, IF YOU ORDER THE MODEL WITH THE DONGLE. The dongle is attached to the strap on the case. The instructions say nothing about where to find it, I spent 30 mins looking and thought they sent me the wrong one. It is in a very sneaky place up in the strap.

Purchased this as I recently bought a Mac Mini which doesn't have the benefit of a webcam and speaker like the laptops do. I have used for a few days now and the speaker quality is clear, loud and excellent clarity. The microphone works well for, not only me, but when several people are in the room and all need to be heard. Highly recommend.

I liked this product to help me with Teams calls. I hated wearing headphones all day. This conference phone does the job for me. I am told my voice is clear and I also can hear very clearly. No issues with teams integration. Only one issue which isn't an issue. When I first started using it (plugged in via USB cable) it was flashing green, annoyingly when not in use. However I quickly realised this was just an indication of the battery charging up. When it got fully charged it stays a stable green. So no issue. I would recommend.
