Well for the last 4 months I've been on a severe weight loss regimen, guided by a doctor who put me on Phentermine, and while it's ability to negate the hunger was amazing, it's side effects were a bit extreme, from high blood pressure to rashes and peeling skin, at the three month mark I decided to get off of it, now at this time I had gone from 5000 calories a day to 2000, and had lost 65 pounds, for the first couple of days after I stopped taking it, I was fine if a bit tired, but on that second day is when the hunger neutralizing effects stopped, holy crap that sucked, it was the equivalent of being punched in the stomach, I've heard of hunger pains but this was the first time I've truly understood, but I kept to my diet and just kept on suffering for a couple of days, I had a family member who swore by your product, and at that time I would have tried anything, within 20 min of taking my first pill which she loaned me, the hunger just STOPPED, it was amazing, due to the severity of my diet I now take three capsules a day, but there are no horrible side effects like with Phentermine, and I truly think the hunger suppressing qualities of this are more effective than Phentermine as well, I am truly greatful that this product exists, and I hope to continue to have it by my side on my journey to my weight loss goals and beyond. - Adam.

I just received my order two days ago and decided to start taking these yesterday to be able to start in the morning and take them for a full day. I can't review on any weight loss just yet, but I can review on energy and appetite control. I took one capsule, 30-45 minutes prior to a meal, and actually had to force myself to eat even just a few bites, I literally was not hungry! It is the most powerful Garcinia Cambogia I have ever tried, and trust me, I have tried many. As far as energy goes, being a mother of 5 leaves you feeling like a zombie most days... but this product changed all that, in just one day! I could think clearer, focus better, there was pep in my step, I even managed to finish washing and folding the 15 loads of laundry and bedding between the last two days as a result of cleaning my kids' bedrooms, and still had energy to spare! I wasn't falling asleep while watching tv with my husband like I typically do. And I felt great, no negative side-effects what-so-ever! I will try to update in a few weeks on the weight loss, but so far, this product is awesome!!! UPDATE: I have been taking this supplement for a little over 2 weeks now and am happy to say that I have lost a total of 10 lbs. Still have energy and my appetite has dramatically decreased. Works best if you drink plenty of water, and at the very least, walk a few blocks a day.

It said no side effects with this organic all natural product...WOW, I DEVELOPED LOWER LEFT SIDE ABDOMEN PAIN!!!I was taking it for 3days as directed and after first dosage I realized that I'm getting some strange cramping in my lower back side and in my left abdomen that became dull pain day and night after which I decided to stop taking them as to see if my suspicion is correct...well 2 days later or more specifically on the first day of not taking those pills I realized that that pain was slowly decreasing (still feels strange but going away slowly, THANK GOD!) MIND YOU I'VE HAD DIFFERENT WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCTS BEFORE(first time in 2009)and they weren't even as natural in all ingredients yet they did shed the pounds within a month and I never had ANY side effects. After that I tried a different one in the beginning of this year which gave me results but also they warned of extremely dry mouth and to drink A LOT of water all day,which wasn't too bad but after few weeks became uncomfortable since I constantly need to communicate with clients and it was hard to do that if I had to sip non stop on water ALL THE TIME!!!!!But at least I was feeling good and had no organ pains at all...until I purchased this product that almost made me pay a visit to ER! I had previously tried this product from another brand and didn't work at all. This one from Schwartz is different. I am taking this product in conjunction with forskolin and probiotics (same Schwartz brand) and so far I'm very pleased. I'm not craving food like I used to and this also helps with portion control. I used the Colon Detox & Cleanse prior to beginning these other products and I think this has helped them to work best. In addition, I am doing an ultra-low carb diet so my liver goes into ketosis and usually in the beginning I'm weak and nauseous, never feeling satisfied (which is why I always go back to eating starchy foods) but with the Schwartz Bioresearch protocol I've described, I feel so much better. I highly recommend this protocol to anyone who is choosing a low carb eating plan. Cleanse and detox first then use the weight loss supplements along with their probiotics. Remember to drink lots of water as this is key for effectiveness. So very glad I tried this particular brand. Will continue to use until I get the desired results, then perhaps occasionally for maintenance. I've been taking them for just under 3 weeks which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I like to wait 6-8 weeks to be 100% certain. That said, so far I'm very happy with this company and their products. Will continue to be a customer. Also love that their products are available here on Amazon but I do like their website as well. Good luck to all those fighting the battle of the bulge and remember; not all Garcinia Cambodia is the same. Many companies out there are just trying to make a quick buck after Dr. Oz endorses something. If you're going to try it, this is a good brand. I may update to 5 stars towards the end of the summer but so far, so good.

This is truly a supplement, not a "miracle capsule" It doesn't work where you can eat anything you want. However, I am working out and eating healthy and feel this is a great "kickstart" supplement. I truly believe it is helping speed up my weightloss. You have to do the work and allow Garcinia to work on supporting your weightloss. Make sure you take it as recommended; 30 to 60 minutes before eathing with 8 to 16 ounces of water so it dissolves and works more efficiently. I always take it on an empty stomach, which I found is key. I have dropped the pounds more quickly. I have lost 13 pounds and it's only been 17 days!! I have been working on losing weight for several months prior to taking Garcinia so this isn't water loss; it truly is accelerated fat loss and I love how it is working. You have to expect to eat healthy so the capsules don't work so hard to fight the carbs and fat you eat; instead fights the fat cells you already have!!

I purchased this product to assist me in weight loss which in a way it worked as I can honestly say that it did help curb my sweet cravings which did allow me to eat the "right" food. I stopped taking these after two weeks as I did not notice any weight loss due to taking these and I don't like to put "additional things" into my body. You may want to try if you have "deep" sugar cravings as I did as I believe it helped that but if you're thinking it's going to drop the pounds off; I don't see that happening.
