Can't return for refund even though got 4 holes after 3 nights of use - BRAND NEW!
Unfortunately I bought my Gregory Pack directly from Gregory. Big Mistake. I used it for a 3 night backpacking trip and now I have 2 holes on each of my hip pockets (4 holes total). I feel this is unacceptable and just want to return the pack and get a refund. They don't accept returns.... so now I have to pay to ship it to them to get it repaired and the hip pockets will probably get holes again. Make sure you check the return policy.
