This dry food gets a thumbs up from me! The biggest selling point, and the reason I chose it, is the lack of artificial food coloring. I'm a firm believer that just because something looks pretty, doesn't mean it's healthy. And harmful additives like dyes are a definite no-no for my little budgie. Knowing this food is free of those unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients gives me real peace of mind. While it's a great base, I provide fresh vegetables and fruits daily. A diverse diet is key for a healthy and happy parakeet, so this dry food is just one part of a balanced nutritional plan. It's important to remember that even the best dry food can't replicate all the benefits of fresh produce. Pros: • No Artificial Food Coloring: This is the highlight! Parrotlet seems to like it!
