I am recovering from a dislocated knee. The brace is wonderful just the wrong size. I will reorder when I get refund. Your products are excellent

I know from experience that these are the best knee braces around. I purchased these for an elderly friend for additional support. I am sure they will be just great, as long as he uses them regularly.

Either my leg is too big or brace too tight but it’s very uncomfortable

I measured and had my husband measure to make sure it was accurate and the brace was still too small. It should not be this difficult to find medical equipment that has accurate measurements.

after reading many others reviews (thank you for your review everyone!) I went with the majority and order the size up from my recommended size. It fits perfect. I'm not sure yet on its quality and durability, but the fit is proper.

the brace was one size larger than the box stated but we were able to use it anyway. No problems with it.

I ordered two knee braces (left and right), but unfortunately, the padding is on the outer side, while my pain is on the inner side of the knee. Because of this, the braces don’t work for my condition. I sent detailed information to the seller requesting a return, and they approved the return of one brace. I followed their instructions and sent it back. They received it, but refuse to refund me. Now they have both the brace and my money. Horrible seller to deal with—clearly willing to take items back without issuing a refund.
