Don't really know of it benefitted me or not. Better join AA then count on this one . That is more effective.

I've used 3 or 4 different brands of kudzu to curb that desire for a glass of wine after work, and the others all kind of worked, maybe, but I wasn't quite sure so I usually didn't buy more when I ran out. I bought this a few weeks ago and my urge to drink dropped drastically within two days. I take one every evening and the desire is just gone. I've also stopped craving junky food in general. Very pleased.

Got this for my husband to try, to help with his alcohol cravings. I was skeptical I might be ordering worthless snake-oil. But my husband has been sober 60 days now,... THE longest period of sobriety in his adult life of 61 years,... drinking since he was 17 "like-a-fish" (his words) He didn't want to stop drinking,.... and has stubbornly fought the whole idea of stopping,... but in the last 3 years he has been hospitalized twice for a month each and Should have been in the hospital a third time,.... Hard Alcohol abuse has earned him 'Alcohol-induced Poly Neuropathy ' (what Diabetics have, that means nerve damage) and he has lost first a big toe, and then the other 4 toes and half his foot and now the other foot is having problems) I'm relating all this to prove how severe his alcohol problem is,.... and even after loss of half his foot,.. (Jan. 17th, 2017)... he STILL did not stop. I kept hearing about Kudzu Root,.... helping,... I was skeptical, but desperate. He was willing to try it. After he finished the first bottle (now sober) he brought it to me and asked for more. He insisted it DOES help. This does not claim to be a cure. It does not claim it will stop ALL cravings (I had warned my husband of this) (so neither of us had any unrealistic expectations) BUT,..... he assures me,.... it DOES take away the worst of the craving,.... making him less obsessive in wanting the alcohol. Sober for over 60 days now (since Thanksgiving eve) after 44 years of 'drinking-like-a-fish',..... I'd consider that a pretty darn good HELP. (p.s. I bought this to try and break my Covid acquired drinking habit. Over the past 2 years I've gone from drinking one decent bottle of wine per week, to drinking an entire box of cheap plonk (4 to 5 liters!). The alcohol habit creeps up on you. Over this same time, my weight ballooned up by 20 pounds. I struggled for 6 weeks to stop drinking, but couldn't get past that awful feeling of NEEDING another glass of wine (thus, I kept drinking). Then I heard about Kudzu. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks, and it seems to be helping. I still have the compulsion to drink (the old habit), but one glass is all that I want (the new indifference). For me, that's a HUGE change. I've also lost 3 pounds - just by cutting down on the wine. I'm trying to transition to not drinking at all. Will continue taking Kudzu to support my efforts. Even if it is "the placebo effect" (as some folks claim) it doesn't matter to me - the end result is the same: I still have the urge to drink, but after a few sips I don't want it any more. I'll take that as a win! I will try to update in a month. Hopeful!
