Works very well, but where did they go? Did they stop making it?

Love this product but it has not been in stock for my last several subscription orders. Hopefully they get it back in stock soon! I miss it.

Underdosed. Only 250 mg of Urolithin A per two capsules. Half the daily dosage that other manufacturers provide. Pills were discolored, moist and sticking to the cotton. Poor quality for a supplement that's over $70 for a monthly supply.

I bought this a couple years ago and was AMAZED at how my memory switched on! I won Scrabble for the first time in months lol. This supplement also helped renew my health in other ways. I was having muscle pain and feeling tired and weak all the time. This supplement changed all of that within days...and within weeks I noticed complete reversal of my health issues. I had done research on other supplements trying to troubleshoot my issues and this is the one I tried. I figured that since our brains are the computer that runs our bodies...this supplement should help...and it really did. Now I'm buying it for my elderly parents. I highly recommend this particular brand (it's the only one I have experienced personally).

This worked as advertised. I have had great results with Pure products.

I've done a lot of homework about NAD and the benefits of including supplements like these in my "stack". This brand received an almost perfect score from my SuppCo app. I decided to order, and try this brand, over another highly recommended brand. I'm very pleased to say, I'm glad I chose Pure. I have noticed an increase in recovery, and stamina. I workout for about 20 minutes, ten times a week. I was getting run down, working out so much. But since I added these supplements, I truly have an unbelievable endurance now, that I didn't have before. Highly recommended.

Great product- helps muscle recovery

It is amazing what you can find in a bottle these days and more so what many products claim to do. The big phase right now is powered fruits and vegetables in capsules. It is hard if not impossible to critique supplements because how do you really know they are helping or better than another type or brand? Very difficult to know because any effect positive or negative, can be so gradual. Who knows for sure? This product may help but it would take weeks or months to notice if you even do at all. In vivo studies did not determine any toxicity or specific adverse effects following dietary intake of urolithin A.[11] Safety studies in elderly humans indicated urolithin A was well tolerated.[12] In 2018, the US Food and Drug Administration listed urolithin A as a safe ingredient for food products having content in the range of 250 mg to one gram per serving.[13] NOTE: I'm a skeptical person so, a couple of basic observations: Kaneka is a Chinese Company. It states that the product is "Manufactures for Pure Encapsulations" and gives a Sudbury, MA address. It doesn't specifically say Made in USA or in Massachusetts. Urolithin A (UA) is a natural compound produced by gut bacteria from ingested ellagitannins (ETs) and ellagic acid (EA), complex polyphenols abundant in foods such as pomegranate, berries, and nuts. UA was discovered 40 years ago, but only recently has its impact on aging and disease been explored. UA enhances cellular health by increasing mitophagy and mitochondrial function and reducing detrimental inflammation. Several preclinical studies show how UA protects against aging and age-related conditions affecting muscle, brain, joints, and other organs. In humans, benefits of UA supplementation in the muscle are supported by some recent clinical trials in elderly people. Best Advice, (1) Ask your doctor before taking about benefits and risks and if there are any complications with medications you are taking. (2) Eat well, exercise regularly, and get regular sleep 5 to 8 hours a day depending on your age and requirements. CAUTION: The safety of Urolithin A for pregnant and breastfeeding women has not been extensively researched [11]. In the absence of concrete data, it is generally advisable for these groups to avoid Urolithin A supplements. As with any supplement during pregnancy or lactation, consulting a healthcare provider is essential. Individuals with health conditions People with certain health conditions, especially those affecting the liver or kidneys, should exercise caution. High doses of Urolithin A in animal studies have suggested potential liver or kidney damage [12]. While these studies are not directly transferable to humans, they indicate a need for careful consideration and consultation with healthcare providers. Interactions with medications or other supplements Currently, there is limited research on Urolithin A’s interactions with other medications or supplements [13]. However, given its influence on cellular and mitochondrial functions, it may interact with medications that target similar pathways. Therefore, individuals on medication should consult their healthcare provider before starting Urolithin A supplements.
