Can this be used with food grade silicone?

I would say no. I looked up the components of this product and they can be harmful if swallowed. I would not use it for any kind a baking or cooking even just to make a mold for food.

I want to dye clear silicone flexible hoses black. Will this work?

I dont think so. These dyes are meant for tinting un-curred silicone while mixing

Where can I find information on whether this pigment is skin safe? I want to use it on a prosthetic.

You can not. You can get " A " broad idea from any answer.... What you will NoT find are the actual results of " A " allergy Test without consultation and actually having the "skin / allergy" test done in person because.. " a allergy " can and May be aquired at any time with Little to No contact or With Prolonged exposure to said specific dyes, materials. Ect. Best to find out what you can of course but nothing compares to supervised skin tests with preparations for safety your health/ allergin. Ect in controlled atmosphere as a doctors office. Sorry i cant help more. But always please be thorough and safe bc you're unique and cant be replaced. I grew up taking Pencillion as antibiotic for 11 yrs.. then 1 day, POW!! Had a severe traumatic allergy shock attack to it at the dr office

Can this be brushed on the metal part on my fitbit ? i work with electricity and cannot have metal therefore i need to somehow covering the metal

No, this is just a pigment to be mixed in other things. What you can try is a product called DragonSkin made by SmoothOn that is used for making special effects prosthetics (among other things). I suggest it because it is specifically for skin contact applications.

Works well. As a suggestion, if creating your own custom colors, note how many drops of each color were used to create them as well as how much liquid rubber you poured for your project.

I bought this to color my silicone molds and it does the job well. I accidentally mixed up epoxy (thought it was my silicone) and used this in it (thinking I was tinting my silicone) and it worked in the epoxy as well. The tiny little tips need to be pierced, thankfully they give you tiny little orange bits with a micro needle inside to do the job (there are a couple of them in the box). Note that the color is not super opaque but more translucent.
