These work as should a direct replacement for the float and valve in my dog waterer. No problems at all, just screw in and hook up the hose. Just what I needed. I would purchase from this vendor again.

Shipped fast. It is plastic so hoping it will last. Adjusted the ball and it turns on and shuts off the water fine. You will need to purchase the 1/2” female end to screw into the plunger with a 3/4” female end so you can screw the male end of the garden hose into in order to connect any water to the item. (We are using a garden hose for now). If all holds up, I’ll be connecting it to a hard pipe we will install to make it permanent, but for now, keeping it mobile by using the garden hose so you’ll need the double female ends to connect. (3/4” x 1/2”)

Great float valve, we use them in our chicken pen, carefree after easy installation, great price also

There’s a reason they come in three because of their longevity. That not a real problem for me because my water system is outside and it only takes minutes to change out .it better than running out of water for your outside dog while your gone ..

These work and will shut off the water flow. I initially purchased the brass valves thinking they would be better quality than these plastic valves. However, the brass ones did not fully shut off the water flow and I had to return them. These plastic ones do fine. I have a pressure regulator installed on this line and the water pressure is 25 psig.

Much better than the 1/4 inch ones I have gotten. I had to get some adapters to make it work, but no biggie. They shut off as soon as the water reaches the set level.
