This stuff is intense! I can see a difference in the contour of my legs and can definitely FEEL it working. I apply this lotion every evening after a shower and in the morning before my daily walk. Be aware that it can sting a bit and even burn or itch if you put it on directly after a hot shower; perhaps because the skin is already heated. My skin turns a flushed red in the specific areas that I apply it. I would not recommend this product for sensitive skin.

Ok so i waited a month to write this review and let me tell you it works!! Only one thing you need to know.If the area where you applied doesn't get red and doesn't burn a little is not working it can get a little itchy too but trust me it will work out at the end just trust the process. if you can take 10 min of redness and a little burning feeling i warranty you will see results. Another thing is better to wear gloves because if you don't your hands will burn a little too I honestly can give this product 10 stars 😍🤩

My coach recommended this along with a workout waist trainer. I put it all over my abs and put my waist trainer on and go for a walk or to the gym. You really can feel the heat! Then after my workout I take off the waist trainer and I’m drenched in sweat!!! Really works!! One word of caution from my experience when applying use a glove or wash your hands right away. For me, After applying I usually put my waist trainer on immediately, but every now and then my arms will brush up against my waist as I’m putting on the waist trainer and I forget. So I end up getting this burning rash on my arms that’s lasts for at least 20 min if I don’t wash it off right away, and it stings and burns. That’s just me, but I thought I should put it out there for sensitive skin people like myself.

The people who claim this gives them “chemical burns” or they’re allergic to it don’t realize what they purchased. This is SUPPOSED to tingle and make your skin red where you applied it. I can’t believe people are buying this type of product without realizing that. Also, this does work but you need to be consistent with it. Use it every day for 5-6 weeks and you will see a change.

This will do exactly it says it will do. Begin a chemical redness on the areas you’re trying to tighten(EX: my bum, and tie in areas) so once you apply product do wash hands IMMEDIATELY and pull your britches up. It doesn’t do anything to your clothes. It tingles:normal, leaves it red and hot: normal. It does smell nice too. Overall, I like.

I don’t generally have a sensitive skin and I really wanted to love this product but had a horrible experience. 5 mins in my skin turned bright red and was aggressively hot as though it was burnt by the sun. I had to wash it off right away. I’ve tried other creams like this that burn and tingle, but this wasn’t a normal reaction. Doctor says I should avoid tight clothing women sweating for 48 hours, so instead of having a killer workout with a boost, I’m now having to sit at home and nurse my skin.

My first NPC Bikini Competition is later this year and I've got issues with cellulite in my thighs. Figured it can't hurt to use this along with my rigorous training and nutrition program. For you guys who complain about having a reaction with a rash--that's not a reaction. That is the product doing what it's supposed to do. Read your product description and reviews. It's supposed to turn red, puff up and burn. It's very temporary. I love the feel and the scent of this lotion. When I apply it before a workout and use my thigh wraps, I sweat like crazy and can see a visible difference with tightening of that skin for several hours. Right now this effect is temporary and I'm not sure if it will ever last longer than a few hours. The jury is still out on that one. I can say it does what it says, if only for a while.

Updating my review: This definitely helps on spot reduction, not intensely but enough to notice the little difference. I apply this only on my upper thighs up to hips and has helped me reduce those areas faster (along with CONSTANT good diet & exercise). I use it minimum once a day and make sure to exfoliate before use so the cream can really penetrate. I currently gained some weight back however because of a sports injury, but this creams helps keep cellulite at bay. It's not miracle product but it has scientifically backed up ingredients like CAFFEINE, CARNITINE AND COENZYME10. So far it has eliminated my most stubborn cellulite and i plan to use this indefinitely for that reason!
