I would have had to pay $300 for an appliance repair guy to come fix my dryer if I hadn't been able to find this part. Shipping was fast, the part was exactly what I ordered, the dryer is running great!

Watched a youtube video on how to fix my error code on my washer, this is the part I needed, I completed the install and the washer worked right away with no more issues! Excellent value for the money.

Easy to replace after watching YouTube videos. Wasn’t sure whether replacement would solve the tE error code, because when I tested it with my VOM it was not open or shorted and the resistance changed with temperature. However the resistance readings were higher in the old as compared to the new. More importantly, the washing machine has done several loads of laundry without the tE code since putting in the new thermistor.

My Samsung got the tE error, which means the temperature sensor / Thermistor got issues. I got this one, which fitted perfectly and after swapping out the existing part, the washer started working. The dreaded tE error vanished. I highly recommend this product, if it matches your washer specification.
