The hair dryer itself is ok. I hoped it would be a bit more powerful, but it works for me. No complains there. Everything looked new, but the box came unsealed. The worst part was the handling by DHL. I had it delivered at the office building where I work. On Friday I received the Item Delivered email by amazon, and it was also marked as delivered on DHL tracking. But it had not arrived to my office (clearly labeled on the package), and it wasn't in the building lobby either. Then on Monday an employee from a different company located in the same building (with a VERY different name) called and said it was delivered to him. So DHL just handled my goods to the first person they met, no signatures, no questions asked. Good thing that employee was honest and called me, another person could have easily stolen it. Bad, bad DHL service!
