I bought the weight management version of this food. One of my cats has urinary issues and was placed on a high protein, no grain diet. I was looking for something a little cheaper than what I bought from my vet's office and this was perfect. That and the food from the vet's office made both my cats gain a ton of weight. My cats have been on this for a few weeks and already dropped half a pound. (She's a small cat that's supposed to be about 4-5 pound and she last weighed in at the vet at 8 and a half.) My cats really like this food, it's cheaper for me, my cat's urinary issues have remained clear, and it's helping them lose weight. Would definitely recommend to others.

Switched to this from Acana Weight Control because the price was too high. My cat loved this more and initially ate so much I felt like I was underfeeding her. Now she eats less and is still satisfied. Her belly fat has gone down which is good because she's a young cat. I also combine with one serving of wet food daily just to make sure she's getting enough moisture...thanks to this formula, I can feed her a 1/2 cup per day and still give her a bit of wet food and she's lost weight.

Recently I was advised by our vet to put my cat on the diet as he is overweight by 2-3 pounds above the standard and has problems with his joints. After careful research, I decided to try this formula and do not have any regrets. In just 2 weeks he is already a half pound down and does not have any issues with his stomach, which was my biggest concern. I am also happy that he does not act hungry all the time, as he was when I was just limiting his calorie intake. My only regret is that he is not a huge fan of the flavor.. he would happily nibble on other cats' food if given the possibility.

Got a small bag of this food locally by mistake...my 2 cats LOVED it! Although it IS more expensive than other varieties of Blue Buffalo food (which I had already been using)....my cats eat less of it, seem more satisfied, have lost a bit of weight, have more energy (my 11-year-old has started playing like a kitten!) & generally just seem to do better with this food. Even though this size bag is smaller than the larger bag of the other Blue Buffalo varieties, it lasts longer, so I feel I get my money's worth...and my baby kitties are happy!

I've used this food almost 2 years now, and feed it to my 3 Cats : 6 yr. old "chonky", 4 year old "Picky", and 1 year old "Diva " Maine Coon. My big guy was a few pounds overweight, and I had used "Hill's " weight control for more than a year, but he never lost weight. (I also feed wet food). So, I started checking carbs in the dry foods, and Wilderness BLUE has lots LESS Carbs. My Chonky guy has lost about 1.5 to 2 lbs. , in the 1.5 years, so I'm happy, and he's happy. They all love it.

I’ve been feeding my 5 year old bengal this particular weight control food for a little over a year now. She has always eaten Blue Wilderness Grain Free since I’ve had her at 8 months. She loves the weight control formula. Always eats it right up and has never been sick from it. After her first 6 months since I switched to the weight control formula, we saw her lose 3 lbs. For a 14 lb cat to get to 11 lb so quick was impressive. She is indoor and nothing in her routine changed other than the food. Thanks!
