I love the quality and flavor of this rice flour in baking. Half of my family is gluten intolerant and half are not. So, we are using this flour in baking for everyone. The regularly full-gluten members of the family love the flavor, also. That speaks volumes, if you are familiar with the usual flavor of gluten free flours. This is refreshingly delicious and easy to substitute in my regular recipes.

Have always been pleased with Bob’s Red Mill organic GF flours, have been buying them for years to create my own GF flour mix for baking. Will continue to do so.
