Granger's Down Wash Cleaner - 300ML

Per riportare piumini e giacche imbottite con piumino sintetico alla loro forma e vaporosità originale. Ripristina anche l’impermeabilità (stendere piatto all’aria, centrifuga a bassi giri da fare 2-3 volte, mettendo delle palline da tennis pulite nel cestello per rimuovere i grumi del piumino, oppure le palline contenute nel kit della Granger). Si può aumentare l’efficacia di impermeabilità se al posto della centrifuga si usa l’asciugatrice con temperatura bassa (sempre con le palline). Consiglio di lavare i capi usando una sacco a rete di nylon.

I purchased a down comforter from a discount overseas seller. It was nice and fluffy but had very crunchy outer fabric that I suspected was excess starch or sizing from manufacturing. My comforter wasn’t dirty exactly, only being used for a couple weeks, so I only used two capfuls in a large 3 load washer at my local laundromat. After drying it in a giant dryer and taking it out every 20-30 minutes to give it a good rumple and beating making sure the down didn’t clump and would dry evenly, and after about 3 hours alternating between low and no heat, it came out perfect. Granger’s down cleaner didn’t impart any smell at all and the down was so super fluffy, even better than when it first came out of the packaging. The detergent didn’t leave any residue at all and cleaned all of the gross fabric coating in just one wash. Will definitely be using this to wash my down pillows and when the comforter gets it’s six month cleaning,

I used this on a synthetic sleeping bag and was very happy with the results. Initially I was concerned it didn't really have a smell but after it was dry it smelled nice and clean with really no fragrance (which is a good thing). It worked quite well cleaning and my sleeping bag has no smells now of any kind. I washed it in cold water on a delicate cycle.
